You keep a copy of your plan, move it, print it, or clear it.
You want a copy of your plan in the cloud, with no file to move.
Open Settings, then Your data
Find the Dropbox card


Look under that card
Look at the Dropbox button
It reads Dropbox (not available yet), and you cannot tap it.
Open the save file card on the same tab
Use Download save file and Load save file instead
You want a copy of your plan, or you want it on another device.
Open the Your data tab in Settings
Tap Download save file
The file goes to your device.

Open that tab on the other device
Tap Load save file
Your file picker opens.

Open the save file card on a computer
Tap Download save file or Load save file

Look in the file picker
Choose your .save file
Confirm load opens, with a warning that this replaces everything.
Look in Confirm load
Tap Save first, or go straight to Replace my data
Cancel backs out with nothing changed.
You want your reflection and check-in times in your calendar app.
Open Settings, then Reminders
Tap Reminder calendar
The wizard opens on its first step.


Look at the first step
Tap Get started to begin
The wizard moves into Cadence, starting on Daily.
In the wizard, open Cadence
Turn it on or off, and set its time or day
In the wizard, open Settings
Set the calendar's name and how far ahead it runs
Look at the last step
Tap Download .ics file
The file downloads with a short import note.
You want your plan on paper, or as a PDF.
Open the More menu
Tap Download plan as PDF


Look under Sections
Untick anything you do not want
Look under Date range
Pick a current period, a timeframe, or a custom range
Look at the bottom of that window
Tap Open print dialog
Your browser's own print dialog opens.
Look in your browser's print dialog
Pick a printer, or choose Save as PDF
You want to start over, and you want to know what that erases.
Open Settings, then Reset all data under Your data
Tick I understand these actions are permanent

Open that section on a computer
Tick that box
The reset button is ready.

Look next to that box
Tap Reset all data
The Reset all data? window opens.


Look in that window
Read the list of what a reset erases, and tap Download backup first
Look at the type-to-confirm field
Type reset
Look at Reset everything
Tap it once the word matches
This also signs this device out of Dropbox.
You want a nudge to download a save file, instead of remembering.
Open Settings, then Your data
Turn on Remind me to download it

Open that tab on a computer
Turn the switch on there too
