Plan your year on a Sunday evening, run a 5-minute daily reflection, and a 10-minute weekly reflection. The app walks you from values to vision to summit goals to weekly cadence, all inside your browser. Your plan saves automatically on this device; download a .save backup anytime, or connect Dropbox to sync.

A few honest notes:
.save backup file at any time, and later connect Dropbox to sync the same file to your own Dropbox app folder. Nothing ever flows to a server I control.Welcome back
Your last session was a while ago. A lot can change in that time. Want to revisit your Vision and Summit Goals before re-planning, or jump straight to today?
This puts the app into demo mode with a sample plan already filled in. Useful for exploring features, taking screenshots, or showing the app to someone.
Your real plan stays safe. Demo mode disables Save, so nothing you do in the demo overwrites the plan stored in this browser. Click "Back to my data" in the demo banner to return. If you have unsaved work, you can also download a .save backup first.
Start from the Habit Library, a curated set of proven starting points, or begin with a blank form. Either way, every field stays yours to edit.
Curated starting points, one per card. Pick one and the habit editor opens prefilled. Every field stays editable.
Used on your vision, purpose card, daily greeting, and the splash.
Light: tick off the day's planned tasks. Full: also answer one short prompt.

When next-cadence plans appear in the bar.

Your data syncs only into your own Dropbox app folder. I never see it.
Dropbox sync requires the app to run from goalsandprogress.com. On other origins the Dropbox consent screen will refuse the connection.
Permanent operations. Each requires confirmation in a separate dialog.
A short setup so your calendar carries the program.
Welcome aboard
Three short sittings, about 20 minutes each, take you from your values to a Summit Goal and a plan for today. You start with the essentials, and the full system is one tap away whenever you want it. After that, the app nudges you back to your plan every week, month, quarter, and year.
Nothing is graded. Nothing is shared. The app saves itself. Your data lives only in your browser. Show up at your own pace.
The methodology
Not another to-do app. Every step uses methods that coaches, founders, and high performers have leaned on for decades.
Your data, your machine
Every word you write stays in your browser. No account, no server, no upload. We cannot read your data; there is no server side to this app at all.
Your data sits in browser storage, tied to this browser, on this device. Open the app on another machine and you start fresh (or load your .save file there).
Browser storage can be wiped by clearing browsing data or switching profiles. Click Save in the top bar to download a .save file. Click Load to restore it.
The app uses cookieless Plausible analytics: anonymous page views and feature counts only. It never sees what you type: no values, no goals, no names. (The goalsandprogress.com website pages use standard analytics; this app does not.)
Save a fresh .save file at the end of each big planning session. Two seconds, permanent record you control.
Ready when you are
A short card game. Build a hand of five values, rank them, and write a one-line purpose statement. About 5 minutes. Most people end up surprised.
