These Terms govern your use of goalsandprogress.com (the “Site”), the Life Goals Workbook (the “Workbook”), the Life Goals Program companion app (the “App”), and any other digital products sold or offered through the Site (together, the “Program”). By using the Site or purchasing or using a Program component, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase a Program component.

The Site and the Program are operated by Ramon Landes, a sole proprietorship in the canton of Zurich, Switzerland (the “Operator”). Contact: support@goalsandprogress.com.

When you purchase the Workbook (or, in the future, a paid version of the App), you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use.

14-day no-questions-asked refund. Email support@goalsandprogress.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through Gumroad or the original payment processor. The 14 days are calculated from the date of purchase shown on your receipt.

3. Beta App terms (until 31 August 2026)

While the App is in public beta (active 21 May 2026 to 31 August 2026):

After 31 August 2026, the App will either enter another beta round or launch as a paid component of the Program. Beta data import to the post-beta App is best-effort.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, in the Workbook, and in the App, including text, images, diagrams, templates, and the underlying method, is the intellectual property of the Operator unless otherwise indicated. The “Life Goals Workbook” and “Life Goals Program” names, the Goal Cascade architecture, and the four-phase method are protected by copyright.

Frameworks referenced in the Program (BHAG, WOOP, cue-routine-reward, KPI, RAG) are public-domain concepts attributed to their original sources. The Program’s integration and presentation of these frameworks is original work.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Program is sold as educational material. It is not coaching, therapy, financial advice, or medical advice. Decisions you make based on the Program are your own. The Operator makes no guarantees about specific outcomes.

The Site and App are provided “as is.” The Operator does not warrant they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The Operator is not liable for data loss from your use of downloadable files or filled-in templates stored on your own devices, nor for data loss from your own browser localStorage or your own Dropbox account.

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, the Operator’s total liability arising from your use of the Site or Program is limited to the amount you paid for the Program. The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Site and Program is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes data handling under the Swiss FADP and EU GDPR.

These Terms are governed by Swiss federal law. Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes: the courts of the canton of Zurich, Switzerland.

9. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date indicates the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced via the Site or the newsletter. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
